today I’m sharing a post from a very brave and talented Australian author.
In this post, multi-award winning author, Claire Zorn, gives an honest and courageous first-hand insight into the debilitating effects of mental illness.
I am sharing it with you in the hope that others who suffer in silence will find the strength to speak up and seek help, as Claire has done.
As Claire says, “This shit can happen to anyone”.
My thoughts and best wishes are with you all.
Until next time,
